Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

Access to this Website is provided through a recurring monthly subscription.

By purchasing a membership, you agree to the billing terms presented at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (every 30 days from the initial subscription date ) unless canceled before the next billing date.

All charges will appear on your billing statement as CCBill .

 

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation will stop future billing but will not retroactively refund payments already made . Access to member content will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Subscription management and cancellation instructions are available through your account dashboard or through the billing support system provided by the payment processor .

 

Refunds

Because access to digital content is granted immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally considered final .

Refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of the Website operator in limited circumstances, such as:

• duplicate billing

• verified billing errors

• technical issues preventing access to purchased services

Refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable time after the transaction .

Refunds will not be issued for recurring subscription payments once a billing cycle has begun , except where required by applicable law.

Users must cancel their subscription before the next billing date to avoid additional charges.

 

Service Availability

While we make reasonable efforts to maintain continuous access to the Website and its services, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, hosting outages, or circumstances beyond our control.

Temporary interruptions do not entitle users to refunds or credits unless required by applicable law.
