The website willitfit.art (the “Website”) is operated under the brands Striped Sins and Trio Tango by the creator publicly known as Willitfit  (referred to in these Terms as “Willitfit”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

These Terms of Use constitute an agreement between you and the operator of the Website, publicly known as Willitfit .

These Terms of Use establish the rules governing access to and use of the Website and any content, services, or features made available through it. This includes, but is not limited to, the Website’s pages, member areas, comments, messages, and other interactive features.

You further agree not to:

• harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse the Website operator or other users of the Website

• attempt to obtain personal or private information from the Website operator or other users without their consent

• share or distribute account access credentials belonging to yourself or others

• use automated tools, scripts, bots, spiders, or other software to access, monitor, copy, scrape, download, or otherwise collect material from the Website without our prior written permission

• use automated tools or systems to download or archive large portions of Website content

• introduce malware, viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other harmful code into the Website or its systems

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website, its servers, or any systems connected to the Website

• interfere with the proper functioning of the Website, including through denial-of-service or distributed denial-of-service attacks

• use the Website for unlawful harassment campaigns, coordinated attacks, or malicious reporting against the Website or its operator

 

Any violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Website.

 

7. User Contributions

The Website may allow users to post comments or participate in discussions through interactive features (collectively, “User Contributions”).

All User Contributions must comply with the Content Standards and Code of Conduct described in these Terms.

If you nevertheless submit any ideas, suggestions, or creative concepts, you acknowledge and agree that such submissions are voluntary and non-confidential. You acknowledge that ideas, concepts, predictions, or suggestions shared by users may be similar to or identical to elements that appear in the stories, characters, artwork, merchandise, or other creative works presented on the Website. You agree that such similarities may occur independently or coincidentally and that you will not assert any claim of ownership, compensation, royalties, or credit based on such similarities.

Nothing in these Terms obligates the Website operator to credit, acknowledge, or compensate any user for ideas, suggestions, or User Contributions posted on the Website.

We may quote, display, or reproduce User Contributions within the Website or related content, including in creative works, commentary, or promotional materials associated with the Website.

Users remain solely responsible for the content of their User Contributions.

 

10. Monitoring, Enforcement, and Termination

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor, review, edit, or remove any User Contributions posted on the Website. Because user content may be posted automatically, we cannot guarantee that all material will be reviewed before it appears on the Website.

Accordingly, we are not responsible for monitoring every User Contribution and assume no liability for any content posted by users or third parties.

We reserve the right to take any action we consider appropriate with respect to User Contributions, including removing or refusing to display content that violates these Terms of Use, the Content Standards, or the Code of Conduct.

We may also take action if we believe that User Contributions:

• infringe intellectual property or other rights

• are unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable

• threaten the safety of users or the public

• expose the Website or its operator to legal liability

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Website or any user account if these Terms of Use are violated or if continued access may harm the Website or its users.

We may also disclose relevant information to law enforcement authorities or other parties if required by law or if necessary to investigate violations of these Terms of Use.

We are not responsible for the opinions expressed by users in User Contributions.

A. Fictional Content Disclaimer

  • contain malware, malicious code, phishing attempts, or links to harmful, deceptive, or unlawful material

  • interfere with another user’s ability to use and enjoy the Website

  • otherwise create legal, technical, reputational, or safety risks for the Website, its operator, or its users

For clarity, the Website may permit fictional, playful, or fantasy-themed discussion in comments, including fictional roleplay, anthropomorphic or non-human fantasy themes, and consensual fictional adult humor, provided that such content remains lawful, clearly fictional, and consistent with the purpose of the Website.

However, the following categories of content are strictly prohibited in User Contributions, whether presented seriously, jokingly, suggestively, visually, textually, by link, by implication, or in fictional, fantasy, or roleplay form:

  • any attempt to sexualize underage persons, underage-looking characters, or youth-coded imagery

  • gore, snuff, dismemberment, torture, extreme violence, cannibalism, animal abuse, or other disturbing violent fetish content

  • incest involving minors, exploitative family abuse themes, or coercive abuse dynamics submitted by users

  • bestiality, including sexual interaction between a human a feral animal

  • scat, diapers, bodily waste fetishes, or comparable extreme fetish content

  • illegal drugs, recreational drug use, drug culture, drug solicitation, drug paraphernalia, intoxication references, or content promoting or glamorizing the use of substances intended to alter mental state, including but not limited to narcotics, stimulants, hallucinogens, cannabis products, THC products, edibles, vaping substances, or similar materials. This includes jokes, slang, memes, or euphemisms referring to intoxication (for example “getting high,” “stoned,” “tripping,” etc.). Attempts to bypass this rule through coded language, altered spelling, emojis, or indirect references are also prohibited. These restrictions apply regardless of whether such substances or activities are legal in a user's jurisdiction.

  • terrorism, extremist propaganda, fascist or hate symbols used approvingly, or promotion of violent extremist ideology

  • real-world political campaigning, religious abuse, hate speech, racist content, xenophobia, homophobia, transphobia, or other discriminatory or dehumanizing content

  • piracy, dark-web activity, criminal instruction, or content that promotes or facilitates illegal acts

  • content designed to shock, destabilize, or harm users, including disturbing media, intentionally triggering material, or seizure-inducing / flashing content

This prohibition also includes:

  • links to external material containing the prohibited content listed above

  • jokes, memes, euphemisms, coded references, or suggestive allusions to the prohibited content listed above

  • attempts to evade moderation by censoring, spacing, altering spelling, or implying prohibited content without stating it directly

  • sharing, reposting, leaking, mirroring, or redistributing content from paid-access areas of the Website outside the Website without authorization

The examples listed in these Content Standards are illustrative and not exhaustive. We may remove any User Contribution that violates these standards or that we believe, in our sole judgment, comes unacceptably close to violating them.

We may interpret and enforce these standards in light of context, pattern of behavior, evasive conduct, and the overall purpose of the Website, at our sole discretion.

Violation of this section may result in comment removal, account suspension, account termination, loss of access to interactive features, or permanent banning from the Website. In cases of serious or repeated violations, access may be terminated without refund and without any obligation to provide further warning or appeal.
